Landline Telephone Calls
Following on from our success with mobile phones, we expanded into the landline market. We now provide telephone lines to both housing associations’ offices and tenants’ homes.

Rates and Tarrifs
Our rates are among the most competitive available and we regularly monitor them to ensure they stay that way.

We provide one easy to understand tariff with call costs from as low as 0.9p per minute to landlines and free to mobiles!

Features
There are a range of features we offer with our landlines: (subject to feature availability)

  • Caller display – if you have a caller display phone can see who is calling
  • Reminder call – you can set your phone for a single alarm call or a series of alarm calls
  • Call back – if the number you call is engaged your phone will ring when the number becomes free. You
    then just need to pick up to be connected
  • Call waiting – when you are on the line this option informs you when another call is incoming
  • Call barring – you can stop certain calls such as premium rate and international calls being made from
    your phone
  • Dual calling – allows you to speak to two other people at the same time
  • Number withheld – allows you to withhold your number so it does not appear on the receiving display unit
  • 1471 plus – simply dial 1471 to hear details of the last five calls
  • Bar last number – you can bar the number of the last answered, incoming call
  • Bar use of return call – allows you to prevent the use of 1471 on the phone
